Purpose of use of information

When creating Anonymously Processed Information as described in the preceding paragraph, information regarding the personal information used in the creation and the specific processing methods selected shall not be disclosed to anyone other than those necessary for the processing, management, and protection of such information, and necessary protective and administrative measures shall be taken to ensure this.
  3. The Company shall disclose the items of information about individuals contained in Anonymously Processed Information created by the Company and the items of information about individuals contained in the Anonymously Processed Information provided to third parties, as well as the method of provision, when providing such Anonymously Processed Information to third parties.

Compliance with laws, regulations, and standards, and review of Policy

The Company will comply with Japanese laws and other standards applicable to personal information in its possession, and will review and improve this Policy as necessary.
