Bio Solids Compost Production Process
We strictly control optimal fermentation conditions—such as mixing ratios, airflow, temperature, and moisture content—to create an environment ideal for microbial activity.
The result is an organic fertilizer produced through microbial fermentation, just like sake, miso, and soy sauce.
01
Raw Material Intake
Raw materials such as organic sludge and plant residues are received. We then prepare ideal fermentation conditions—similar to traditional microbial fermentation used in sake, miso, and soy sauce production.

02
Mixing Process
Organic sludge, plant residues, and starter cultures are mixed using a wheel loader to ensure optimal conditions for microbial fermentation.

03
Primary Fermentation
Organic sludge, plant residues, and starter cultures are mixed using a wheel loader to ensure optimal conditions for microbial fermentation.
04
Secondary (Curing) Fermentation
Further fermentation stages repeat the aeration and turning process to allow the compost to mature fully.
05
Tertiary to Quinary (Curing) Fermentation
Further fermentation stages repeat the aeration and turning process to allow the compost to mature fully.
06
Product Packaging Process
The matured compost is screened using a trommel, weighed, and packaged into bags.

07
Pelletizing Process
Some of the compost is processed into pellets using one of our three pelletizing machines.
