Urethane foam and the base material to be bonded are simultaneously fed from both sides into the bonding section.

Laminating
The surface of the urethane foam is lightly melted using a burner flame, and the molten urethane acts as an adhesive to bond it with other base materials.
Sewing
Cover tape is sewn onto the edges of the product to protect them from abrasion.
At Pyramid, we use automated sewing machines that can continuously insert and sew cover tape onto the edges of the fabric.
Inspection and Winding
After confirming that there are no issues with the appearance or dimensions, the fabric is wound.
