Fabric Input
Greige fabric refers to unfinished woven fabric before any treatment such as dipping or coating.
At Pyramid, we are capable of processing a wide range of fabric thicknesses—from lightweight fabrics around 200 microns to heavyweight fabrics up to approximately 2 mm thick.
We have extensive experience in processing various types of greige fabrics, including plain weaves, twill weaves, and sudare (bamboo blind-style) weaves.

- PET
- Vinylon
- Nylon
- Glass fiber
Sudare
- Rayon
Dipping
In the dipping process, greige fabrics are immersed (dipped) into various chemical solutions—such as RFL or acrylic resin—and then squeezed to ensure uniform application of the chemicals onto the fibers.
We own multiple solution tanks, and for example, RFL (Resorcinol-Formaldehyde-Latex) solutions are synthesized in-house.
In recent years, we have also begun adopting environmentally friendly dipping solutions to reduce environmental impact.

- Latex
- Acrylic
- Urethane
- PVA

Drying
Drying is performed under appropriate temperature and tension conditions, depending on the type of fiber and processing solution used.
For example, when processing with RFL solution, a certain temperature is required to trigger the chemical reaction necessary for achieving adhesion with rubber.
During drying, a tenter machine is used to stretch the fabric widthwise, allowing precise adjustment to the target width.

Winding & Packaging
The processed fabric is carefully wound and packaged for shipment.
