Fabric Input
The woven greige fabric is unwound for further processing.
Our continuous scouring and setting machine uses an automatic sewing system to stitch the next fabric roll, enabling uninterrupted processing.
Scouring & Bleaching
Chemicals are applied to extract impurities from the fabric, which are then removed through hot water rinsing.
Our continuous scouring and bleaching machine integrates both processes, allowing washing and bleaching to be completed in a single pass.

Drying
The fabric is dried by pressing it against the surface of a steam-heated cylinder.
After cylinder drying, the fabric is stretched and set to the target width using a tenter machine as part of the continuous finishing process.
Inspection, Winding & Packaging
Before winding, the fabric is visually inspected to ensure there are no defects in appearance or dimensions.
Once confirmed, it is wound and packaged for shipment.
