Our history at Pyramid began in 1947 with the founding of Nishinihon Spinning Co., Ltd.
At that time, we were a weaving company with rows of looms operating side by side.
Over the years, as times changed, our business evolved as well. Today, we primarily handle tire reinforcement materials, as well as base fabrics for compresses, airbags, and civil engineering applications.
In addition, at our Tochigi Plant, established in 1996, we operate a recycling business that produces organic fertilizers using 100% domestically sourced biomass (unused organic resources) such as organic sludge and food residues.
Even as our product lineup has changed over time, our core strength has always been textile processing. As a manufacturer of industrial textile materials, we continue to refine our technologies in weaving, scouring and bleaching, and resin treatment, always striving to meet our customers' needs by combining the power of textiles and chemistry—a commitment that remains unchanged.

Pyramid aims to become the No.1 technology-driven company in our field.
To create products that meet our customers’ specific needs—and to maintain consistent quality over the long term—a solid foundation of technical expertise is essential.
With a deep commitment to contributing to society through textile processing, we continue to take on new challenges each day, striving to get closer to that ideal.
We hope to become a company our customers trust completely— "Leave it to Pyramid." "When it comes to textiles, Pyramid is the answer."
We will continue to make tireless efforts to meet those expectations.
