In order to nurture the children who will shape the next generation as a society, we formulated a general business operator action plan based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children.

General Employer Action Plan

In order to support our employees in realizing their full potential and achieving a balance between their work and personal lives, as well as to contribute to the community by supporting the nurturing of the next generation, we established the following action plan.

Plan period
Two years from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2027
Objective

To raise the percentage of male employees taking childcare leave to 30% or more within the plan period.

Measure

From April 2025: Create and distribute posters to raise awareness of childcare leave, and inform employees through the company's intranet and other means.
From April 2025: Provide individual explanations of the system to people whose spouses are expecting a child, and provide support in returning to work for those who wish to take childcare leave.

Objective

Achieve an annual paid leave usage rate of 75% or higher during the target period.

Measure

From April each year: Utilize the attendance management system to monitor and analyze paid leave usage. For departments with low usage rates, collaborate with managers to identify and implement improvement measures.
From October each year: Establish planned leave days for each office to improve the overall usage rate.

Objective

To maintain factory tours for children in the local community and accept young people for internships.

Measure

From April of each year: Deliberate on the acceptance system, explain it to factories and departments, and establish the system.
From July of each year: Collaborate with schools and begin accepting interns.
